Mobile Tickets

All tickets for the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G are mobile tickets via SeatGeek. No printed tickets will be accepted at the gate. View the LPGA SeatGeek Ticket Guide here.

If you do not have a smartphone, accommodations can be made at the Admissions tent at the Main Entrance.

Bag Policy & Prohibited Items

Permitted Bags:

All bags are subject to search and unauthorized items will be confiscated.

  • Bags smaller than 6″ x 6″ x 6″
  • Clear bags smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Medically necessary and diaper bags*

*Diapers of all sizes will be available on-site at the Pampers Family Center and two satellite Pampers Changing Stations on the course

Prohibited Items:

  • Coolers, backpacks and oversize bags (exceptions listed above)
  • Golf clubs
  • Oversize chairs or lawn chairs*
  • Computers, laptops, tablets, laser pointing devices, radios or TVs
  • Cameras, camcorders, video cameras or drones
  • Food and/or drinks unless necessary to treat a medical condition or infant needs
  • Anything that can be used as a weapon (firearms, knives or weapons of any nature, regardless of permit)
  • Any other items deemed unlawful, dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive by the LPGA and/or tournament site security personnel at their sole discretion

*Small folding chairs are permitted, but may not be inside of any sort of sleeve/cover/bag

Items to Bring from Home

While you can find most everything you need to have a great tournament experience on the tournament grounds, we recommend planning ahead and bringing the following items with you.

  • Sunscreen
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Portable phone charger
  • Umbrella or rain jacket (if needed for weather)
  • Strollers for young children

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of thunderstorms, lightning, or other severe weather, Weather Warning information will be displayed on electronic scoreboards throughout the course. Spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately or evacuate the course as instructed.

Avoid open areas, hilltops/high places, isolated trees, golf carts, and wire fencing.

Bringing a little one along? The Pampers Family Center has a private nursing station, indoor play space, and is stocked with diapers. Two additional on course Pampers Changing Stations will be located at 3 Green and 10 Green.

Free and open to the public, The Olay Body Public Viewing Deck is the spot to be to watch the action on Hole 7, the signature hole at TPC River’s Bend.

Official tournament merchandise will be available for purchase at the Align Pro Shop in the TPC River’s Bend Pro Shop. The shopping experience offers men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel, headwear, and accessories.

Our Brands Concession Stands are located in the Fan Zone, 3 Green, 10 Green, and 12 Green.

Is cash accepted at the tournament?
No cash or checks will be accepted at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G. American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all payment locations.

Where is Lost and Found?
Lost and Found is located in Volunteer Headquarters behind the Fan Zone at the Vol HQ Committee Desk.

Where is First Aid located?
The First Aid tent is located near the Fan Zone next to 7 Green. If you need medical attention where you are, please notify a volunteer and they will have the on-site TriHealth medical team come to you.
